Leadership in the storm – Susanne Wille on responsibility, change, and resilience

How do you stay clear-headed when politicians, the public, and employees are all placing demands on you at the same time?

And what does resilience mean when every decision is negotiated in public?

Susanne Wille, Director General of SRG SSR, answers Eva Wannenmacher's questions in a personal conversation about leadership in times of trial.

About courage and attitude in times of change. About the art of taking responsibility – and about how to not only withstand pressure, but also set the direction.

How does Susanne Wille approach this in concrete terms?
