SRG - Talk with Susanne Wille
SRG - Talk with Susanne Wille
Leadership in the storm – Susanne Wille on responsibility, change, and resilience
Five weeks before the historic referendum on the halving initiative, SRG SSR is at the center of a nationwide debate. Fees, mandate, future of public service – hardly any other company is under more pressure these days.
How do you lead at a time like this?
How do you stay clear-headed when politicians, the public, and employees are all making demands at the same time?
And what does resilience mean when every decision is negotiated in public?
Susanne Wille, Director General of SRG SSR, answers Eva Wannenmacher's questions in a personal conversation about leadership in times of trial.
About courage and attitude in times of change.
About the art of taking responsibility – and about how to not only withstand pressure, but also set the direction.
What are the biggest challenges for 2026?
How does Susanne Wille tackle them in concrete terms?
What would be her ideal SRG?
And what if...?
The two former TV presenters have known each other for 25 years.
Susanne Wille took over the 10vor10 chair from Eva Wannenmacher in December 2000.
