In the fourth episode of our webinar series, we take a look at operations, maintenance, support, and further development. You’ll learn how companies operate their solutions sustainably, ensure scalability, and remain successful in the long term with clear support and maintenance structures.

Look forward to practical insights and concrete approaches for stable operation and the continuous development of digital solutions.

Leadership Philosophy & Strategic Focus
Increasing Autonomy: Frank is committed to consciously reducing technological dependencies and avoiding vendor lock-in as much as possible. The goal is to preserve freedom of choice and maintain long-term operational flexibility. A key component of this autonomy is the use of open-source software.
Driving automation: Another key focus is on the consistent standardization and automation of recurring processes. This is intended to reduce sources of error, increase efficiency, and free up time for other tasks.
Ensuring Measurability: Guided by the principle “You can’t improve what you don’t measure,” Frank places great emphasis on transparency, measurability, and continuous improvement. Meaningful monitoring, clear metrics, and transparent analyses lay the foundation for optimizing systems in a targeted manner, identifying risks early on, and making well-informed decisions.

Personal Values & Corporate Vision
Focus on People: Every company is only as successful as its employees. That’s why recruiting and retaining the right employees over the long term is crucial. For Frank, it’s important that employees bring a passion for IT to the table.
Increasing Customer Value: IT should make a tangible difference for customers. Frank wants to create solutions that not only work reliably but also positively surprise customers—through simpler processes, greater security, higher efficiency, and a level of quality that inspires.
